Carlos is a cosy and lively Italian bistro restaurant in the quiet Surrey countryside at Newlands Corner near Guildford. Carlos himself is the main chef and there are different specials on the blackboard every day. Easy parking, pasta a speciality, save yourself for dessert.
The diversity of food at Carlo's reflects the healthy, exuberant cooking found all across the Mediterranean. Whilst being strongly influenced by his native region of Liguria, in northern Italy, Carlo draws inspiration from all over Europe to compile an exciting and eclectic menu.
All the dishes are specially prepared to order, using only the finest, authentic ingredients which he personally selects and has shipped from all over the world or hand-picks from more local surroundings.....
